Where do you get refillable mugs at the Boardwalk?

Can anybody tell me where at the Boardwalk you can purchase refillable mugs?

Also, where (and with what) can you get them filled? Thanks!

Looks like you can get them filled at the BW Bakery. Not sure where the coffee cart is.
