Where do you get a child swap pass?

I know you get them from a CM, However, I would like to know do you get them at the beginning as you enter the line, or do you get it at the end just before you get on the ride?

At the beginning. You walk up, point to the child, say you'd like to child swap and you'll be given a pass, kind of like a fastpass.

You can pick from several sizes and styles of children.
Then, you make a deal with the loading CM's to trade your old child for a newer model (or maybe one who is better-behaved).

The more "passes" you collect, the more CHOICES you have.

This is one reason why so many parents LOVE to take their children to WDW.

They can swap for a child of their choice.

Actually it depends onthe ride. At Star Tours for examplpe everyone waits on the line and then there are benches that the non riders wait on for the switch.
