Where do you find bounce back offers?

We received no informational paperwork, and there is no resort paperwork in our rooms here at the YC. It seems like we always used to get a lot more information when we checked in the traditional way, as opposed to online check-in.

If there's nothing in your room, call 8844 from the phone in your room. That is the bounceback line and they will be able to tell you what the current offer is.

There is a little booklet in your resort room. You may have to carefully check all tables for it- and the offer will be inside the booklet. They keep it low-key.

We didn't have any paperwork in our room at the BC last month. I called housekeeping and asked them to drop off their information packet. It is a folder than contains pages that include resort information and the room service menu. It also contains the bounce back offer.

I was surprised to see the information packet missing. I hope it was just an oversight by housekeeping and not a reduction in services.
