Where Do You Fill Up Your Rental Car Before Returning It to Orlando Airport?

We just returned our Alamo car on Saturday. I took the Landstar exit and there is a gas station just off that exit. I can't remember the name of the station, but I thought the prices were reasonable (of course, I'm from Michigan where we pay a lot in gas tax). I always get a receipt for my last fill-up and always do it within 10 miles of whatever return site I'm using. I wasn't asked to produce a receipt and everything went great with the return. I was staying at the Boardwalk and, while I've used the Hess across from the Boardwalk to return the car to the Dolphin site, I wasn't comfortable filling up there to return it to MCO.

Haven't rented from Budget, but have never had any issue with Dollar in filling up at the Boardwalk area Hess station and then returning to MCO.

I really want to try this one out.

I know I could probably fill up at the Boardwalk Hess station and be fine. However, I don't want to end my trip on a sour note and then sit there on the plane kicking myself for not trying out the suggested gas stations.

When I read the Budget conditions, I got this gut feeling that I should really fill up close to MCO this time. They say you should go with your gut!
