Where do you enroll in a Coverdell Education Program

I can't find anything online that says how you enroll. Also, if you have one I have a question, can you move money online with this account? (I mean to add to it?) TIA

Any financial planner can help you. Our credit union provides this service for free.

I doubt you can add to it on line because you have to sign a form to get the tax deferral.
