Hey - we bought our tix online and are going to be picking them up at the park when we arrive. The question I have is....We will be arriving in Orlando on my BF birthday, in the early evening and wanted to go to City walk that night - but, seeing as how when we get there the pick-up office will be closed, where can we get our tix (we have free citywalk admission with our tix...)?

There are kiosks outside the gates on the other side of the ticket windows. You get free citywalk admission anyways unless you are planning to actually go into a club. You can't pick up your tickets if the park is closed.

this is a good question for phantom. if you buy the premier AP's and pick them up at the e-ticket machines after park hours....can you use the vouchers to get into the citywalk clubs?

or do you still need to go GS to process your AP before you can hit the clubs?

You'll need to have your Premier AP processed first before you can get free admission to Citywalk. A voucher won't work.

As far as the first question in the thread, you can only pick up your tickets at the kiosk if the park is still open.

That's a bummer....yes we were planning on hitting the clubs that night, so we wanted our city walk passes. Now, the next question is....when do the kiosks close? We are heading there is November (parks close at 6pm the day we arrive). We are not anticipating arriving until about 7pm anyways, but was really hoping for a night to celebrate at the clubs....If the kiosks are closed, then that would put a damper on our plans, but I guess that's the way it goes...We will just have to plan something different.

If you don't plan to barhop, you can probably enter one bar before they start charging the cover charge. This past May, we picked up our AP appreciation Citywalk passes, but never used them because we went Pat O'Brien's and spent the evening in the dualing piano bar.

The kiosks usually close about 15-30 minutes before park closing. The guest service window is usually open up until 30 minutes after park closing. If you are there by 6:30 PM, you could pick up your tickets there.

WHAT??? Pat O'Briens has a dueling piano bar? I didn't know this...How is it? I hate to ask this, but how is it in comparison to Jellyrolls (I really liked it here, but if this one is just as good, I would rather not make a trip to the boardwalk!!)? And what time do the shows start?

I've never been to Jellyrolls, so I can't compare, but we really had fun listening to them. They had 2 sets of piano players that would change out every hour. They would play requests from the audience. Warning: Hurricanes cost $12 a glass, but supposably you can keep the glass and it is a large glass with a Pat O'Brien's logo on it.

Edit: I think we arrived around 7pm and they were already dueling. Also, when we arrived, we had no trouble finding a table but by late evening, it was standing room only.

I bought the tickets with the hotel. Where do I pick up the tickets? in the hotel?
