Thinking about using Tiffany car service for our January trip. Do they pickup at the same terminal as Southwest uses? My husband has limited mobility and I'm trying to limit the amount of walking.

We used Tiffany several times this year. The driver met us near the luggage carousels. You'll get a text upon landing and can arrange a different meeting location, if necessary.

Yes. My son just flew in this morning and was met at the bottom of the stairs at luggage claim.

I believe it asked where you want to be picked up on the form. My son being his first trip with his girl friend put Orlando Airport even though the form was for that. I told him to put luggage claim.…lol

We used Tiffany car before , nice to have a store stop too.

DH needs help in airport, so we take elevator , not escalator. We would meet them at luggage carousel. Little bit more confusing when trying to find luggage and driver.

Will you be using a wheelchair? Will you have checked luggage?

My DH uses a cane for short distances and we are going to rent a scooter for the parks. And, yes, we will have checked luggage.

Ride Share will pick you up on the same level as baggage claims. After you collect your luggage request your ride. You'll supply the number on the nearest door. Ride share will pick you up right outside the door directly across from you carousel.

Car service will meet you by baggage claim. They will typically escort you down one level then a relatively short walk to the special parking area for commercial vehicles.

Ride share has the shorter walk

Been using Tiffany Town Car for at least 10 years, multiple trips per year. I’ve never put luggage claim as my pick up location. I always put MCO as well. Just like when I put Disney’s Yacht Club in for return trip location, I don’t put in Porte Cocheres. Those are their standard locations. Except for during the pandemic, they always pick up at luggage claim, either at the escalator or the carousel. They are not allowed to pick up at the ride share locations unless their parking lane is closed due to weather.

My husband uses a wheelchair assist with Delta. They use the elevator to baggage claim. When I get a text from our Tiffany driver I tell them we will meet them at our flight's baggage claim carousel.
It's pretty straightforward.

For the past few years, it has been my experience that the towncar driver texts me after my flight lands and tells me where to meet them. On my most recent trip, I replied to tell the driver that I did not have checked bags. The driver said to meet him near the elevators on the baggage claim level. (This was Terminal C for JetBlue.)

We’ve used Happy Limo for our last five trips. The driver meets us in the baggage claim area (holding a sign). And I’ve received texts confirming he/she is there. I think that is a fairly common practice. We saw lots of other drivers from other companies waiting there as well.
