Where do I park?

I think I've got a really easy question for you veterans. For an upcoming trip, I've got a breakfast reservation at the Cape May restaurant at 7:45 AM. Assuming breakfast will take ~45 mins or so, we'd like like to immediately go to Epcot to start our day.

We're off-site guests. Will I have to park at Epcot and then take WDW transportation to the Beach Club Resort? or do you think i can park at the resort, then walk to Epcot via the Internat'l Gateway (which would be preferable, mainly as a way to save time)?

i'm not trying to weasel out of a parking fee. I'm just trying to find the path of least hassle.

I would park at the resort for breakfast and then drive to the Epcot parking lot to to enter the park like usual. You'll be limited to 2-3 hours parking at the resort for your meal and I don't know if the Epcot lot will be open and buses from Epcot to BC will be running passengers that direction early enough for you to make a 7:45am reservation.

Valet park for breakfast (which costs a few dollars more), then leave the car there for the day while you go to the parks.

This. It'll save time, you'll still be paying for parking, so no rules will be broken, and you won't have to make the walk to the BC parking lot, which is kinda tedious.

No bus service from the front of Epcot to the BC unless its raining so at 7:45am if you park at Epcot you have no way to get to the BC since you can't enter Epcot and exit via the International Gateway to reach the BC.

Also if you valet park, do Epcot and then decide to go to the MK later in the day, you can drive over then and get free parking in the MK parking lot by showing your paid valet ticket.

So, I've got a follow-up question. It sounds like the International Gateway entrance opens at 9 AM, just like the front. But I thought World Showcase doesn't open till 11 AM. Will we be able to go in that back entrance at 9 AM?

You will. :)

Yep this. If you're paying for valet, they don't care how long you stay.
