The song We are Young. I've googled it - & I see it was on Glee (never watch that) & used on commercial (which I haven't seen either - til just a min ago).

My dd & I were thinking it was used during the Olympics? But didn't see it listed on wiki when I searched it.

Its driving me crazy! Wherever it was I think it was just the chorus - none of the bar stuff.

And it seems like I saw younh kids singing the chorus

Disney just did a new commercial with the One Republic for Let the Memories Begin, with the song Good Life. One for the parks, but I think the first was done for the NYC Disney Store.

If you like that song, you'll like they're other one that Fun did: "Some nights". Both songs are very catchy. Btw, are you sure it's not the tv commercial...chevy did several versions, including one that aired during the superbowl back in Feb. That's where I first heard it.

My dd's chorus sang that at her concert last year. They also sang it when they went to some show at an amusement park. OP, ever been to Lake Compounce?

Go to You Tube and look at the parodies of "We are young" by FUN. My favorite is "we are drunk" and "we are old", I think it is called.

I do have to admit the song is horrible lyric-wise with the content which makes the parodies funnier. I still love the song though.

I agree. The chorus reminds me of another song and I told my DD that too.

My first thought was from around the 70's too but I'm not sure.
