Where do I get sillhouettes drawn? And how much are they?

We had the silohouettes done at Epcot across from France There are artists on the banks of the Seine--lagoon They made two of the same and layered the 2 boys

I am excited to get this done to. My parents had all of us done(4 of us) and on our walls our whole lives. Our kindergarten teacher did it believe or not. I can't wait to have my girls on our wall. Thanks for the info.
