The last time I took the Magic Express, 2 years ago, I was very confused. I ended up being far away from the ME and had to track back almost to where I started.

I'm flying Southwest. I think that's terminal B but have to double check that. Can anyone tell me how to get to the ME? TIA!

I've taken DME several times and will try to remember where the check-in area is for it. When you land go to the monorail and take it to the baggage claim terminal. Follow the signs and go to terminal B and level one. When you are on level one and facing the pick-up area take a right and walk a fairly good distance. You will see the DME area, I think it may be at the end of the level one area. You will go down a couple of escalators to get to the first level.

Someone can correct me or give better directions if this isn't accurate or confusing.

I believe your DME packet will give instructions on where to go.

Honestly, it's can't miss. Last year was my first time ever taking ME and I myself was worried about this. We flew in on AirTran which I believe was Terminal B.
I remember getting off and then being directed to the monorail which takes you to baggage claim and transportation. When we got off we headed straight for transportation (obviously skipped baggage cause of ME) and if I remember right there is almost half of the transportation level dedicated towards ME.

Got in our assigned line for our resort location and then boarded our bus....

Hope this helped.

Have fun, if you get confused just ask

Try me :lmao: (BTW, I grew up in Aston! I attended the old Green Ridge Elementary school and lived on Seward Lane. I drove by those areas a few years ago and couldn't believe how much things have changed. My old school was gone and I'm not that old.)

Last time I had the little map that came with my DME packet, I read the signs, I asked for directions and I still got lost. We finally saw a DME bus, walked out and tried to board without having checked in, or knowing where it was going. Of course, that was our first time at the Orlando airport and the layout confused me.

With the directions provided by you and PP, and our new familiarity with MCO, I think we can do it. Thanks!

Southwest flights arrive on the A side. DME is on the B side.

From your gate, take the tram from the gates to the main terminal. You will arrive on level 3. Cross over to the B Side on level 3, then take an escalator or elevator down to level 1 and that's where you will find DME.
