Where do I find resort dining hours?

Wanted to try and do:
Minnie & Friends (Plaza Inn)
Goofy's Kitchen (DH)
Lilo & Stitch (PP)
Ariel's Grotto (CA)

But not sure when these open/close???

I'm assuming Plaza Inn and Ariel's Grotto depends upon park opening and closing times. Your best bet might be to call disney dining.

The hours do vary depending on the season. I would call Disney Dining to ask for sure.
