Where do Canadians buy AP in advance?

I've just snagged an entry to the 2013 Nov Wine & Dine.
I've already registered for the 2014 Jan Marathon Weekend.
And I'm thinking on 2014 Set/Oct Tower of Terror 10 miler (I need a do over of my 2013 TOT!)

Given 3 trips, it makes sense to have an Annual Passes instead of 3 separate tickets ..... (I do have 10 or more waterpark admissions on leftover no-expiration tickets)

I'm wondering, where do Canadians buy APs (in advance)?
--I'm thinking sooner better than later to avoid any potential rate hike.
--There are no Disney Stores in my area, but if that is the best way, I can prob get it taken care of by relative in a city where there is one.

Makes sense...you can buy annuals online and 'I think' the year starts ticking when first entry activates??

Is that the 'Dopey Marathon'? My DD is doing that...and another one this fall--can't recall that one...

You buy it over the phone, just like ordering any package. When you get to Disney, you have a voucher and you redeem it at the parks.

One alternative is to order tickets with a package and use their gate value at the parks when you hit disney. You will not avoid the AP price increase, but you will gain the package discount, plus any rise in the gate price for regular tickets.

We've always just ordered online and then activated when we got there. It's from the 1st day you use it not when you purchased it.

I'm working on my Disney Bucket list, and, irrationally or no, having a Disney Annual Pass is on that list.
