Where did my Southwest "Ding" go?

It's not at the bottom amymore and I am not getting new fares???? I tried reloading it yesterday and it still isn't showing up? Anyone?

Maybe they decided you were not allowed.

Hmmm, check your program files, maybe you just deleted the icon, but the program is still there.

Now I'm guessing but this is what seems happens with mine. If all specials have expired and none are currently available your icon is inactive or hidding. I have at the bottom of my screen a active tool bar showing that I'm connected to the internet icon, my printer is actve icon .... there is an arrow in front of the first icon pointing to the left. If you click on it, it will show you your inactive icons. See if your Ding icon is there, if it is there are no current offers for you. Let me know if this works.

I do not have the arrow you are speaking of but I was wondering the same thing...maybe there are no specials right now?

I got a "ding" "ding" today. Two different sets of specials. I did have to reload a few weeks ago when mine disappeared.

Mine has also disapeared from the system tray. I've just opened the actual application and am running it minimized for right now.

Can't be bothered to fix it right now as I'm leaving Friday for Sunny FL.

Mine disappears sometimes too can't explain why because I don't know! It's not because there are no specials maybe you or someone else accidentally deleted it or you're computer causes this to happen ! Usually if I go to the start bar click on it go thru programs files and look for southwest then click on it the icon comes back! I have no clue as to why it disappears though!

I had to reboot to get my "ding" back today. It actually took two reboots. Stuborn little thing!
