Which resturants could we get to from Magic Kingdom via monarail for Lunch/Dinner that accept but dining plan, but are not a signature. Thanks in advance.

Here are the TS options:

CR - The Wave, Chef Mickey's (no lunch, though)

Poly - Kona, Ohana (no lunch)

GF - GF Cafe, 1900 PF (no lunch)

You could also take a boat over to WL and eat lunch/dinner at Whispering Canyon.

Not everywhere is open for lunch, but on the monorail for 1 TS credit are:

Contemporary:
Chef Mickey (open for lunch seasonally)
The Wave (open for lunch)

Polynesian:
Ohana (breakfast and dinner)
Kona Cafe (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Grand Floridian:
Grand Floridian Cafe (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
1900 Park Fare (breakfast and dinner)

Over at the Wilderness Lodge (boat ride from MK) for 1 credit, you've got the Whispering Canyon Cafe.

I recommend Kona's at the Poly or 1900 Park Fare (character meal) at the GF... We really enjoyed both !!!
