Where can we petition to get a website unblocked?

I ask because the location in which Pete left to setup a DVC information site is a phenomenal resource with various tools not found elsewhere. It seems to be detrimental to the community to block unique content from sites that don't seem to compete in any manner with the DIS family of companies/sponsors.

Brought it up before but Touring Plans is also discussed and that is a paid service compared to this other site.

Examples:

• Updated availability charts
• Matterport walk through of rooms and some resorts

Its all DVC specific specific as well and while DVC FAN (blogs) and DVC INFO (text) exist along with the YouTube content as well none of the main functions of this other site exist on any other site that I have come across or is whitelisted.
