Where can we find EMH list?

Where can we find the list for the EMH and evening EMH? I understand from reading some threads that they keep changing them. Is there somewhere they are posted and updated regularly? Its very hard to make plans if they are going to change things like this. I'm planing on taking advantage of the late evenings and would like to make PS based on this. TIA
