Where can I pay to print transfers out?

Marion made some very nice designs I want to transfer onto t-shirts before next week, but my inkjet doesn't print out color well even with new cartridges. Everyone I know has laser printers, and my transfers are for inkjet only. Is my only option to buy another printer? Or do any copy places have inkjets?? Maybe I should just go buy laser transfer sheets?
