Where can I mail a package?

I will be sending a package from Disney to a Disney-loving friend that is dealing with post-surgical breast cancer. I really want it to be post-dated from Orlando, and if I can figure out how to get noted as coming from Disney World, that would be awesome! So, where do I go to mail a package, and do they weigh it and charge you like the PO would? Any help would be appreciated!
