a cheap Pal Mickey? I can't see paying 60 dollars for one, so I was wondering is there any place/anyone who sells them for cheaper?

I just checked eBay for you but the prices there were almost the same as buying one from Disney when you factor in $10 shipping charges (does he really weigh that much?).

One suggestion would be to post on MagicMom's site in the "Wanted to Buy" forum. You might be able to get a used PM for less.

Another option is the outlet malls around WDW. They may have the older version of PM for less than they charge for the newer one in the parks.
