where can I get visa/mc/amex gift cards cheap?

Anyone know where I can get these gift cards without paying a lot for the "processing" of the card? I saw where you could get them at the mall, but I think there was something like $15 fee to get it.

Anyone get one cheaper? And where? I need to get 4, so I don't really want to pay $60 that the people I'm giving them to can't even use.

The mall does charge a large fee but if you have a business card and tell them they are "corporate gifts" we only paid $1 extra each.

if you have a Simon mall around you they are doing visa gift cards that are accepted at any store in the simon mall and anywhere that they accept visa.Cost is $1.50 per card.

AAA sells the Visa Gift Card for $4.95 for members, $9.95 for non members.

I got the Simon one for my DD last year, and it worked well. My Girl Scout troop gave me one purchased at a bank, and I am having a heck of a time using up the last $7.32 left on it. It keeps getting rejected, but when I call the number on the back, that is the amount on it. Anyone have any suggestions?
