I have to admit- I am a tea snob! I don't like coffee. Love Teavana! I brew loose leaft tea at home. Love a good cup of Rooibus and green tea. I am also always on the look out for nice tea tins and loose leaf teas to add to my collection. Where can I get a nice cup of tea, buy some tea or tins?

You can't - they just don't seem to let the water boil properly, although there may be nice green tea on offer in Japan in Epcot?
It's a constant irritation that US hotel rooms don't have kettles to make a proper cuppa and travel kettles don't boil the water. The only time I've had a decent cup was this year, only because I took my Twinings tea and managed to get boiling water from the drinks station at Embassy suites.
Florida water does give a strange "tang" to tea though.

Come to England, you'll be amazed at the varieties of tea in even a smallish supermarket - Punjana is my current favourite.

the afternoon tea at the GF has amazing tea. The California Grill also has a good tea selection. There is also an excellent tea and coffee stand at the Animal Kingdom.

Yak and Yeti has some nice teas and they sell them in the store next to Yak and Yeti.

Jikos serves excellent tea.

You can't
. . . true
. . . WDW does not have or sell good quality leaf teas

Royal Anandapur Tea Company has wonderful, hot tea and when I had Vanilla Rooibus last year it was loose leaf in a little sachet. It was wonderful!!

1) Yes, the loose leaf tea is in pouches.
2) However, that does not guarantee quality.
3) The tea is still either fannings or broken Orange Pekoe.
4) That ranks relatively low on the tea grading scale.

I, like the OP, hate and never drink coffee. I always bring my own tea from home. The resort food courts all have the forced hot water machines so getting good hot water is not that difficult.

I have a travel kettle that truely boils the water and it will hold enough to make 2 cups. So they can be found.

I find the problem at Disney is even if you can good tea or bring your own you can't avoid the Florida water.....tastes so bad it ruins everything.

I guess if you are really devoted you could get a small kettle and some distilled or filtered water at the supermarket........

Hi. I don't know were you can get a good cup of tea, but I may be able to help in the purchase of some! :goodvibes In England in Epcot is a Twinnings (I believe it's twinnings...I could be wrong.) tea shoppe. Lots of tea to purchase. Hope this helps!

I agree about the taste of the tap water, but if you boil it well it almost completely removes that taste.

All the moderate and deluxe resorts have the Twinnings tea. I found that the BC had the best selection.

My suggestion as well. About a dozen high quality (ie., better than Twinnings) loose teas to choose from. Lovely selection of pastries and tea sandwiches. And the tearoom is just beautiful.

There is a cart by Yak & Yeti with delicious teas!

Can't wait to go in December.
