Where can I find the hours for member services

Surely they are posted on the member website somewhere?? I must be losing it but I can not find their hours of operation anywhere.

It is my understanding that Member Services is open from 9:00 - 5:30 seven days a week.

If you click the "Call Me Now" button under the "Talk to Us Now" heading on the "Contact Us" page on the DVC website after business hours, it states the following:

Sorry, we're currently closed. Member Services hours are from 9 am-5:30 pm EST on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays; from 9 am-10 pm EST on Thursdays; and from 1-5 pm EST on Saturdays.

If you would like to be called by one of our representatives on the next business day, you can leave a message at:

Thank you both for your replies. Kuzco, after reading your reply I went back to the website and saw that in the vacation section of the My Membership, there is a link for hours of operation. I knew they had to have it listed somewhere. I think I need stronger reading glasses

Unfortunately, that portion of the Members' Website has not been updated - those hours are no longer correct. In February (2008) MS went to 9a - 5:30p Eastern, 7 days a week.

Here is the news blurb from the Members' Website that announced the change:

New Member Services Operating Hours
For more convenience and to better serve Members, Disney Vacation Club Member Services is changing its operating hours to a full, regular 7-day schedule. This change will take place in two phases.

Effective late December 2007, Member Services will increase its Saturday hours and remove Thursday's late hours. Sunday hours will then be added beginning in early 2008.

New Operating Hours as of Sunday, Dec 30, 2007
Mon - Sat 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET

New Operating Hours as of Sunday, Feb 3, 2008
7 days a week (Sun - Sat) 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET
