I have a friend who is taking her 2 year old to Disney in a few days and she desperately wants to see Princess Aurora--where in the World can she find her? I know she is at Epcot in France but they will not be going to Epcot. Any suggestions??
Thanks!

She is usually in the Princess room in Toontown in the Magic Kingdom. You can meet her with two other pricesses.

We saw her a few times in France (World Showcase) in EPCOT. (When facing France/Eiffel Tower, look to far right along the fence.) There is also a sign near there saying what times characters show up, though I'm not sure who other than Aurora would appear.

BTW, we also saw Jasmine/Aladdin near Morrocco around the same time (mid/late afternoon) and Snow White near Germany.

EDITED: Sorry, just realized they will not be going to Epcot!

I believe the store is called County Bounty and it is beside Minnie's House in Toontown (Magic Kingdom). We saw Aurora, Cinderella and Belle there.

We also saw her at Cinderella's Royal Table for breakfast.

(I know they are not going to Epcot, be we saw her at Akershus too. DD LOVES Aurora and she was pretty lucky to see her that many times!!)

Wow everyone! Thank you for your speedy responses. I will let my friend know. At toontown, is there a certain time she can see her or is it all day long?

Forgot to mention that her 2 year old daughter calls her Sleeping Cutie--isn't that just adorable!!
Thanks again

All day long. But there are, of course, lines. So be sure they go at a time when the daughter isn't about to melt-down from being tired or hungry! (It's bad form to have a tantrum in front of a princess!)

Perfect!! Thanks so much! I'm so excited for their first trip to the world!! And to see Sleeping Cutie too!

France is a fine place indeed. There are some nice benches back behind the 'make-up' shop where it is quiet. We've caught her there on several occations.

If she is not going to Epcot because she thinks it is not a kid place, she might want to rethink that. I never understand why people have that impression. Epcot was my DDs absolute favorite park after MK both at 2 yrs 10 months and this May at 3. Sleeping Beauty appears in France every afternoon, and while she can expect a line of 30 minutes minimum if she is lucky to often an hour or more in Toontown, there is hardly any line for her in Epcot. We saw her twice on our last trip and once there was no line and the other time just a few people in front of us. Plus the background is really pretty in the pictures over there. She does take breaks, so I believe Guest Services can tell your friend the exact times she will be out if they decide to change their plans and go to Epcot. She can also see Snow White, Belle, and Jasmine with very little lines at Epcot (sometimes even with Beast, Genie or Aladdin, and Dopey). My DD loved exploring Epcot when she was 2. We were there from open to close and did not feel like we had enough time on that trip. My DD is absolutely Princess crazy so we did Toontown both trips as well, and we have also done CRT and Akershus. Both trips, Sleeping Beauty was in Toontown with Cinderella and Belle. The Toontown girls were wonderful with DD.

Oops- forgot Mulan. She is in Epcot every afternoon too. Also you can usually find either Mary Poppins, or Pooh and Tigger in England over there too.

actually, the way it's been lately, Mary Poppins and Alice are often outside while Pooh, Tigger and Eeyore are inside the toy soldier. (although it was raining at one point today and all 5 were in the shop. chaos.)

We found Princess Aurora at Toon Town along with the other princess. We saw Cinderella (who is always there), Belle and Aurora :goodvibes: The other two princesses can vary so you might want to check with the CM at the beginning of the lines. She will be able to tell you who is there at that time and/or when Sleeping Beauty will be there. The line wait can be long but it is so worth it even though we were 5 adult ladies :woohoo: They are there from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, at least they were when we were there last week. Pick up a schedule when you enter the park. They update it every week. Good luck pixiedust:

you can call guest services and they can give you her approximate schedule of events for her for that day. princess:

OH - I am so excited to hear Mary Poppins and Alice are often outside now! I hope that is true in Sept. My DD really loves all the female face characters but is scared of fur (we are working on trying to help her with that!) and last year we tried to take her in to see Alice. She saw Pooh (who terrifies her) and started screaming, sobbing and ran out the store. As I ran after her I told the confused CM that she was scared of those characters. A few minutes later he very nicely sent Alice out. She was trying to stay in character but be nice at the same time to help calm my DD3 down. It was very sweet.
