where can I find info about pool hopping?

Are 2008 PH black-outs posted yet? Also, I can't find ANY info about pool hopping on dvcmember.com. Thanks, Elaine

I couldn't find the 2008 info either, but the 2007 info is there. You should be able to estimate the 2008 dates by looking at the 2007 info. Blackout dates are around major Holidays.

Once you are logged in, click on Member Privileges, then Member Perks, Walt Disney World Resort, Recreation, and finally, Water Activities. Then scroll down to the Pool Hopping Info for 2007.

Since we don't get Vacation Magic anymore, I dug out the issue I got of Disney Files (remember that one, fans? ). It had info for Thanksgiving (Nov 19-25) and Christmas/New Years (Dec 16-Jan 2), but nothing more.

As long as pool hopping is not blacked out (or other circumstances cause it to be cancelled), guests staying with you can go with you to another pool according to the information given in the past about pool hopping.
