Where can I find a vendor that will deliver a small wedding cake to O'Hana?

Our wedding is 3pm on Luau Beach, and then we have an 8:45 reservation at O'Hana. I wanted to get a small 2 tiered wedding cake delivered, but not sure where to get it from. DFTW sent me a list of vendors that deliver to specific restaurants, but O'Hana wasn't on there. Are there any independent vendors I can use? Thanks so much.

I could sing the praises of Heather with It's Tasty Too ALL DAY LONG! Heather makes delicious, gorgeous, and affordable cakes!

Okay girls, I am a little confused (not for the first time, I might add!!!!:confused:). I was under the impression from a poster on the other 'British' boards, that outside cake vendors were not allowed to deliver to Disney restaurants. If they are, that's great because I can then have Heather deliver a cake to my friends and my 'official' 50th birthday dinner next year (location TBD). I thought I would have to go down the Disney cake route, but would rather have Heather!!! Do you know, I thought I had seen brides have grooms cakes delivered to restaurants from outside vendors before, but couldn't be sure!!!!

There is a rule that you can't have an outside vendor do the cake for an official Disney's Fairy Tale Wedding, but as for having one deliver a cake to a meal at a Disney restaurant, this seems to be more of a gray area. Disney won't allow outside food in its kitchens, but I have never heard of them kicking up a fuss when people brought a cake in with them during a meal. Only a handful of people on this board have had outside vendors deliver cakes to them at Disney restaurants, but they didn't seem to have any issues.

If you decide not to chance it, the Grand Floridian can make a 2-tier mini cake and deliver it to the Polynesian for $25–$45. Complete info on ordering cakes at Disney is here: http://disneytravelbabble.com/how-to/order-cake/

I used an outside vendor to deliver a cake for our welcome dinner and it was not a problem. We had it delivered to O'hana and not only were they ok with it they took the cake and placed it on the table before we were seated and provided a knife to cut it and a box to take the extras home in. Hope that helps..this was in 2010..so I'm not sure if they've cracked down more now.
