If you mean those cloth things that swell up when you put them in water then you tie them around your neck like a bandana - I got mine at epcot just outside of Canada. Soak it in cold water, or heck, tap water will do - and tie it around your neck for a cooling effect.

I could not find them at mine..I may invest in one ghood one from The Sharper Image and get 2 more cloth ones
