Where can I buy a lanyard?

I am looking for a lanyard that has one of those plastic badge thingys that I can have my 8yo wear. I figured I would put her emergency info in the plastic badge part and she can use the lanyard for pins. But where do I even get one?

Of course you can buy them at Disney, but if you want to save a few dollars, I have bought some before at Michael's Craft Store. I have also read on threads that they will sometimes have them at Dollar General. These are just the lanyard only, and you can buy the plastic badge holders at an office supply store. Hope that helps.

They are not Disney themed. They have a black flat cord that goes around the neck. The plastic holder has a zippered section and a pocket.

What section in walmart would I find one do you think? There isn't really a Michaels close, and I don't want to order anything online this close to leaving.
