Where can Disney giftcards be used?

I was thinking of buying a disney giftcard for our upcoming trip because I have a $50 rebate card that it never seems convient to use. Would they be accepted at restaurant's within disney (we currently have a reservation at Liberty Tree Tavern, Chef Mickey's and Sanaa). Thanks!
