Where are the updated December Hours?!

Does anyone know if the FP+ for 8:00-9:00 are added at the same time the changes are released or is it the next am?

I think I'm going to assume at this point that the current December schedule is the final one. I do find it disappointing though in comparison to previous years

It will not be the final schedule. They can update the hours at any time.

You can do that but I would not stop checking. They will update them again. Last year the update was posted on 11/17, today is just the 19th so not that late, yet.

Do you know when the actual New Year's Eve schedule for Magic Kingdom was released last year? This is my first NYE in the parks, and while I am okay with the crowds, I am finding it frustrating that I leave in 5 weeks, and I still don't know the schedule of activities.

Also, do you know when NYE wishes dessert party went on sale last year? I have been checking multiple times a day, nearly every day, since August.

This is the update for NYE last year
Wednesday December 31:

• Animal Kingdom hours extended to 8am-8pm from 9am-8pm.
• Epcot hours extended to 8am-1am from 9am-1am.
• Hollywood Studios hours extended to 8am-12am from 9am-12am. Third Fantasmic added at 10pm, in addition to 6:30pm and 8pm shows.
• Magic Kingdom hours extended to 8am-2am from 9am-1am.

I don't know about the Dessert Party. Are you sure it hasn't been out and is already sold out?

I don't know when Wishes will open up for NYE if it ever will. Dec 24 & 25 just opened on Oct 28th. Good luck!

We'll be there at the same time. I used last year's hours to plan and those hours had 8am openings at MK every day. I did book an 8:20 ADR at CP, so if it does change at least we'll catch the welcome show

Last year the MK opened every day in December at 8:00. We were there December 13-20th, and frankly, the park was deader than dead at 8:00. I have a picture of our kids walking through Liberty Square without another soul in sight...literally. We did BTMRR 4 times and Splash twice in that first hour. I didn't really see the logic in opening that early all month...from an outside observer's point of view, it didn't really seem worth it from a business perspective. As a guest, I loved it, though!

If it follows suit from last year, 12/4 will be the final 9am opening of 2015.

I keep hoping my 12/6 stays the same. I have a an 8 am BOG adr.

Does Disney also ever change the times of fireworks and parades for the last 2 weeks of December in conjunction with extending hours? I have an ADR for California Grill on 12/21 at 9:30PM and holding out a sliver of hope fireworks will be pushed back from their current 8pm start.

They do not change the time of the fireworks or parades already scheduled, but they usually add an extra christmas and electric parade as well as more fantasmic shows in HS

Thanks for this info! To my knowledge the dessert party is not sold out. I never have seen it offered, and on the phone they told me a few weeks ago that it had not been scheduled yet.

You may well be right but do know you can not go by what they say on the phone. If they see it's not available that is what they say. They do not know if it's not listed yet or sold out.
