Mine get up at 6:30! The bus comes at 7:30 Our school starts early too, but not that early! Nice to meet another east coaster!

I have been an all nighter for about 6 years now. Was in the military and ended up going over seas to Iraq/Kuwait for a year right towards the end. Of course the time is totally opposite over there so basically that started my time of being up "all night long". Then came back and started working the midnight shift at the police department here in Wac-ko Texas. Now I have quit to prepare to move to Florida, but still on the night schedule. Also if u want to throw in the fact that during school, i worked on the night shift at the local grocery store u can. But there was a break for 3 years between that and when this last trend started.

Yeah, well for the record I am normally nocturnal as well. As Monkey said – it started as a kid but I have also done the 3rd shift thing, which will get sprung on me without notice from time to time. When my DD6 was a baby I would take the first shift till about 3 am (she doesn’t sleep either) Now I just fairly regularly am up till at least 2am here on the east coast. Yesterday was a long day so I called it a night at about 1:30. At least now I know I am good company.

Add me to the insomniac club. I went to bed after VMK closed because the boards were down.

I like to stay up late and then sleep all day. I need something like 10 to 14 hours of sleep each day so I'm generally exhausted but I do like being awake late!
