hmmm, well I am on the far eastern coast of central FL. Can't get much further east than the Atlantic...but then again FL is most definitely a state in the south of the US. But like another poster, I definitely do not think of FL as the "south." I see the "south" as Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Alabama, etc.
