Hi everyone. Well, Kelly & I leave tonight, and she's going to want to buy some Christmas ornaments. Are there any Christmas stores at the parks, and where would they be?
There is a shop in Germany in EPCOT that has christmas ornaments and nutcrackers year round as well. I think other than the one in MK and the one at DTD, that's the closest thing to a Christmas Shop. I'm sure you can find lots of Christmas merchandise all over this time of year though.
I personally think that Disney's Days of Christmas at Downtown Disney is the best, they have a wide selection year around. Disprincess is right though you will be able to find the ornaments everywhere thought. I find the best one in the parks is Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in Liberty Square, they have a decent selection, and it is always fun to pick one out and have them personalize it.
Mary Jo, they do personalization for the ornaments. It takes a long time at the DTD Christmas shop, but I got mine at DHS and they only took a day. I don't know how long your trip is, but I do love mine from last year.
Good call - I completely forgot aobu that one. It's right across from the muppets store. It's really small though, but you never know if they'll have just the right thing.
We were there in '07, and Kelly seems to remember a shop near the Osbourne Lights. We got some cute ornaments, and she wants to go back. We're just going for a long weekend, and will be at AK on Thu, Epcot on Fri, DHS on Sat, and MVMCP on Sun, so we just have one shot at each of the parks. I don't know if we'll make it to DtD. Thanks for the heads up about personalizing ornaments @ DHS. We'll probably do it there.
