Where are the Alligator Backscratchers ?

My son says someone in his class last year went to WDW and got an Alligator Backscracher from somewhere. Has anyone seen these? The classmate brought one to school and now ds is saying he wants one everytime WDW comes up!

I saw them in a few gift shops on 192. I think they are ugly, a baby alligator foot on a stick. At least that's the kind I saw. They sold for about $2.
