Hi all,
Forgive me if this has been asked before but I was just wondering where the majority of standard rooms are at the Dolphin. My mom is eligable for the nurse's rate and we are deciding on whether to book it or not. We priced several different Disney resorts and the Dolphin rate beat them hands down. Thanks :)

Our "standard" room was on the 19th floor with a spectacular view of both Epcot and MGM. We were directly facing the Swan, just one floor below the "Presidential Suite." We paid $129 gov't rate.

One morning we sneaked at peek at a couple neighbors' bills that were left partway under their doors. The cheapest rate we saw was $189.

I think if there's room, they give you the best view possible. When are you going?

Fourth floor, East Wing for us in Nov. I'll try to attach a pic from our room overlooking the boat launch.

Our $129 rate got us a view of Epcot, MGM, and the Boardwalk.

Thanks for your responses everyone! I really appreciate them. I guess I'll book standard and hope for a view if possible. :teeth:

Sign up for SPG at Starwood.com, it doesn't cost anything, and it might help with the view even if you don't have any points yet.
