Where are my Magic Bands?

We have a trip booked for September, staying at the Yacht Club, no park tickets purchased yet. I keep getting e-mails from My Disney Experience to customize my magic bands but when I go to my page, there are no bands to customize. I've tried on the app and on a desktop computer. Should there be bands in my account? It shows my hotel res along with all of our ADRs

It's not on your main login page, where it says "Welcome, ____"? Then about three lines down there's 'customize your magic bands.' It's still in the main section at the top. Your character icon will be off to the left next to "Welcome,____"

If it's not there...then I have no idea...I would call tech support.

On the desktop, there should be a drop down menu under "MyDisneyExperience." Under the "My Account" section, there should be "MagicBands and Cards." See if they are there...

I had this problem when I scheduled our July trip - the only thing on the Magic Band page was a list of all my active Magic Bands. I called WDW and they were able to do something in the system while I was on the phone and then the section to personalize my Magic Bands appeared.
