Where are Heidi's Maid Tipping Envelopes??

Okay - I know I'm last-minute-Annie over here-but I can't seem to find Heidi's maid envelopes for our trip on Sunday! My old links don't work anymore and when I searched the forum, those links don't work for me either. Any suggestions??

I don't know what I am doing differently than last time I used these templates. But I just can't get Word to print an envelope from these files! GRRRRR.
