Where are AP lines at each park?

So AP holders have this perk where there are AP specific tapstiles for entry into the parks. This sounds like it could save time if we knew where they were at each park's entry. Anyone know?

There is easy to spot signs... They are usually to the far right but they can be in different places depending on where they are using for the exit in exit rushes. Epcot tends to be far left more than far right. Epcot at international gateway is the right and it's a bag check table for ap as well since it's limited room.

Can your non ap friends come through with you?

When I have used the AP line, each time we were all asked if we had an AP as we approached. It would be pointless if they let others in.

We have gone with others who don't have an AP, and a few times they got through faster and sometimes I chose the regular line because it was shorter.

Look for these signs and then sometimes there is a CM holding up a sign like this at end of line area if long but since started they added pole signs, some can be easily moved with line.

I didnt' take a picture of them but there is a larger looks like your AP pass signs now and nobody holding up a sign. MK might still have the "flag pole cm" as it's harder to see past the sea of people to it... I havent' seen a cm asking but I also haven't gone in during rope drop rush lately.

I went in to MK today at around 8:30am (just a regular day, no morning EMH), and there was no line up at the AP entrance, just a sign and it was ropped off into a corral. Walked right up and scanned my band, while all the regular lines were at least 25 people deep.

The lines are always the same length as the regular lines whenever I go so I've never used it

In March my sister entered Epcot through the AP line with me even though she doesn't have an AP. I will say there wasn't any line there at all - possibly because the AP entrance was very far to the left and maybe not noticed by many people that morning. I don't know whether it would be different if it were crowded.

It was much faster when we went in early April - usually no one in the line and much longer regular lines.

I have an AP and used the line with non-AP family members a few times in January and March after a ticketing CM posted here that it was allowed. We had no issues, and it helped keep my grandmother from waiting in the longer regular lines in the sun.

I suppose a major benefit of Passholder lines is that the guests are more experienced with how to use the touchpoints. It seems like some of the time in regular lines, I get stuck behind someone who is having trouble figuring it out or who has ticket issues.

My DH and I took my parents to EP in early April. The entry lines were crazy. It took 15 minutes to get to the front to find out that the Poly concierge did not attach my parents tickets correctly to their MBs. I was sent to the ticket counter and while in line, DH asked the AP CMs who had no one in line if my parents could go through with us, explaining what happened. They happily agreed. I have no idea if they normally allow it.

We found it most useful at AK. It is on far right. The lines were crazy. Out past the ticket buildings so it was VERY hard to see around them to find even the best line. Then I remembered the AP line. I took a chance and walked around the right side while my DH and DD waited in the regular LONG line. I was thrilled to see no line for AP holders. I yelled for them to come around and off we went!! It was GREAT!!!

The lines move a lot, but they're always right in front where everyone else enters :). I don't think that non AP friends can go through because I was with a friend who isn't an AP holder and she had to go into a different line

First off - love the name and your photo! I'm a major fan of The Office! I'm glad to hear this. I'm taking my niece in a few days, and plan on going through the AP entrance with her. I'll report back if I encounter any issues (I doubt that I will have any). :D

I hope it works out for you like it did for us. Have a great trip!

There are probably times these AP holder lines work but in my experiences I can't remember a specific time I was entering a park and told myself that AP line sure saved me 5-10 minutes.I used them a couple of times when they were introduced simply to say I used them but since then most times I'm entering a park the AP lines have more people than the regular lines so why would I go to the AP line.

I was told by 3 different CM that up to 2 people can go in with you in the AP line, the AP person need to go in first then you must tell the CM) this worked fine when I want with two none AP holders but they ended up getting an AP by the time we hoped to the next park, so I only got to try it once.
