Hello Neighbors!! We are in Prairieville/Dutchtown area. We can't wait to be in WDW. The family leaves Sept.24th for CSR. This will be our five year olds first trip.
what about the nintendo DS or playstation version... I believe both are set up so you can play games at the same time against oneanother. My DD21 loves the brainteasers until DS16 beats her scores --lol. They have both always loved mariocart together but I have never seen them play alone or with others (must be there game). If I think of anything will let youknow. I had not even thought about their entertainmentFor all of you: We are driving to WDW in August and I am trying to come up with some new ideas to pass the hours upon hours of drive time. I have a 12 year old son and a 22 year old daughter (who loves to play games with her brother....bless her heart

Belle Chasse has a lot of really nice subdivisions. Good Luck with the housing... you may want to do a little research of areas to stay away from... things are different since Katrinia... Jefferson Parish and Orleans are great places...but, some of the surrounding parishes are a little nicer...like St. Charles Parish and St. Tammany have excellant public schools if you have a family...
which para school have you decided upon? DS2 has a few years to go but I don't think he will be attending CCS. I believe we will be looking into a para school, or private school. The funny part is we moved to Ponchy to use the public schools and get away from paying tuition. Not impressed with the reconstruction of the tangi public schools.We are thinking about St Joseph or Lake Castle in Madisonville.Hi everyone!
As you can see by my ticker we have plans to go at the end of September. Plans may change, now that my boys will be going to a parochial school next school year. This will be the first time paying tuition other than daycare.
I've already warned the boys that we may need to cancel. I think DH is most disappointed. Oh, by the way, we are from Hammond.

I'm doing the happy dance because I'm finally a month out. I think my ticker is wrong by a day or two. It's officially 30 days away.
That is going to be fun! So you're going May 24? Are you going to be out of school by then?

Friday the 22 is the kids last full day. We are skipping out of school for Monday, it's just a half day. What a great way to get summer started! A visit with Mickey and his friends.
