Where and when do you buy passes?

We are looking at Feb or Mar 2002 for two weeks.

Can you swim in the pool either of these months. Slower times is probably more important, but relaxing by a good pool would be great too! Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance
Mick ;)

We're going February 2002 too. We went January 2000 and the pools were in full use. One of the days the temp went down to 37f and there were still people in the pools (they are heated). In the winter months the temperature can fluctuate so much. The same week the temp was in the high 80's. We went to Typhoon Lagoon that day (the water parks are heated too). When your coming out of -20 degrees c. in Canada, 60 degree f. seems very warm. As far as passes go, my suggestion is to wait to see if there will be a Canadian deal (probably announced in October). Last 2 years were 'buy one 7 day hopper pass, get the second at half price'. You can save a lot of money. We just got our passes through our local travel agent. Next trip I think I'm going to use the DIS's Dreams Unlimited. I'm not sure whether they can get the special tickets for us but I assume so.
