OK we are going to be at WDW for three days. I know Chef Mickey's is one must do. The dh has picked Cape May Cafe and Hollywood and Vine
Must do Pizza Planet for ds. I would like to try the Sci Fi and Coral Reef.
We have never been. I wold like to know everything I must try and do.
I do not want to miss the best ice cream, drinks, food ! I'm making ressies today so I really need your help, because you know everything:worship:

I think at this late date, it might be tough to get reservations at some of the "must do" places. I like 1900 Park Faire (spelling ?) for breakfast on the day that we leave since we usually don't have time for a park visit. Coral Reef was very good. Kona Cafe was great. Bomas for breakfast (or for dinner) is good also if you can get in early so you can get to the park for rope drop. Are you on the dining plan, are you looking for counter service as well? Flame Tree Barbeque in AK is counter service but it is very good. Sunshine Seasons in Epcot, again, counter service, but great choices.

No dining plan so any food thats just wonderful, you know like park staples?
I know its late but it cant hurt to try
Thank you SO much

Not sure why your DH picked H&V, but I would do Crystal Palace. We were very disappointed with H&V. We are trying Cape May Cafe this year.

I think he thought it would be like the restaurant in pulp fiction:lmao:
I havent seen anyone say anything nice about it. It would be neat to eat and see fantaSMmic though.
I really rather know wheres good than try to decide from disney.com.

Oh and Dilly wouldn't really dig on the whole princess thing, so we were going to do either Chef Mickey's or Donalds thing. Its a make a wish trip so it's important I plan around what will be tastiest and the most fun for Dill.:duck:

I would skip H&V. Unless you were doing it for character breakfast or lunch, IMHO it is a don't:headache:

If you were looking for the fantasmic package i would do Mama Melrose instead.

There are menus here on the DIS too. There is a sticky thread at the top of the board with links to the menus. There is also links to some of the more popular htreads, including food porn! :worship:

There is an indexed thread to the food porn too. Want to see what the food looks like? Go to the food porn thread. You will lose several hours of your life that you will never get back and you will crave foods you never knew about :thumbsup2

Advice taken. Do you think we would be disappointed if we only did counter service meals instead of a bunch adr dining? when i look on the disboard restaurant page it seems like we would have more fun eating around the clock than saving ourselves for dinner

Oooohhh Coral Reef was such a treat! We had our little infant son with us and he was intrigued with the fish as were we. The food was so good. We had steak and it was divine. The desserts are fabulous. All around this was a great experience and I highly reccomend it!!!
