Where am I?

Thanks everyone for the links.
I was poking around the Widen Your World site, and it is really cool. Dont know how I have missed that site. I remember Orange Bird from those early trips too. And loved reading about If You Had Wings
The boat has to be right. We stayed at the Contemporary, and went to the Poly, so that makes sense. Looks like the jury is still out on the first picture. :)

The first one reminds me of Crystal Palace, but I've only been going to WDW since 2005. Did it even exist then?

I know I'm late on this thread and have not read the other one's yet, but that it exactly what I am thinking.

The lighting definitely looks main street-ish, but I would have to say around the bathroom area around the entrance circle.

Picture #1 - definitely Crystal Palace - if you look up some more recent pictures, you can see they still have the exact same posts at the seating area in the middle of the restaurant.

Picture #2 - did you ever eat at Fulton's Crab House at Downtown Disney? I think it used to be called the Empress Lily (and DD used to be called something like the Village?)?

I agree that it is Crystal Palace. I was there in 1978 when it was just a cafeteria style restaurant.

Also, I just picked up the "Cooking w/ Mickey Around the World" cookbook from the library last night and there is an Empress Lily that was located in Walt Disney World Shopping Village which I assumed was Downtown Disney.

i think it may be the alcove by the Chrystal Palace where the bathrooms are by Caseys Corner.
