We are looking at doing an Alaskan cruise and I was wondering if the bus/boat/train transportation options for many of the excursions have some sort of bathroom on them. Thanks for your input!

We took a float plane trip in Ketchikan. It did not have a bathroom on the plane that held 6 passengers. However, we were encouraged to use their restroom at their office before the flight.

The train in Skagway has a bathroom. Our whale watching boat in Juneau had a bathroom

Bering Crab boat in Ketchikan had a toilet.

I would guess most vehicles that carry more than a dozen or so people would have a toilet. But, not small planes, helicopters, skiffs, kayaks or any bus smaller than a coach.
