When you get a SW credit, do you lose EB?

Our flights have dropped almost in half and I went in to change them, but noticed EB is no longer listed.

Did I lose EB by changing to the new fare?

No. I just did the same thing and my EB is still there. If you pull up your reservation you will see it.

last October I purchased EB the day SW opened their schedule for our trip. In August they went down and I got a credit....our friends who purchased tickets after me never took a credit ...when we printed out our boarding passes they were A16 & 17......while we were A35 & 36.....so for us getting a 20 credit seemed to make us lose our spot in the EB line...so from now on I'm going to make sure it's worth it dollar wise to,change any flights I've purchased EB for

If we do get pushed down in the EB line, that's ok. All of my traveling companions flights were changed at the same time, so we should all still be together.

That's good....we were 4 adults so,it didn't matter where we were online

As long as you rebook and keep the same confirmation number, your EBCI will follow, meaning doing a "change reservation". If you cancel and rebook, you will lose your EBCI.
