...and you are following Atkins, Wednesdays and Fridays are very hard during Lent. (We fast from meat on Wednesdays too.) 
I do love shrimp and other shellfish - but they are expensive. And I have been eating a lot of tuna (I just tried a modified Tuna Loaf, if it's any good, I will post the recipe.)
And I am ashamed to say that I have been allowing myself one starchy meal per week on either Wednesday or Friday when I have pasta, pizza, or fried fish.
Does anyone have any suggestions for getting through the next 4 1/2 weeks?
Guess I am really understanding "sacrifice" this year.
