When you "bump" a thread, do you ever go back and delete your bumps?

I was just wondering. I occasionally bump one of my threads back to page one. Usually notices or roll calls of DISmeets. When someone replys to the thread (which bumps it again), I try to go back and delete my thread since I personally dislike going through pages of bumps just to get to the meat of a thread.

Am I for doing this?

I've done it. Especially when the last post was my last bump. I'll just leave one at the bottom

I used to bump and remove all the time during my Friday Ladies Post days....but I don't do it too much anymore.

I have had times I've bumped something (usually an exchange) and it doesn't move anywhere
