What keeps you going?
Is it your friends?
Sports?
Family?
Music?
As said before, when you are down what keeps you going?

For me it is swimming/water polo for sure. I can go and take out all of my stress on the water. Then comes family/friends/music.
 
Music...definately.
And some friends. Not all of them, and not any specific one. They all seem to help me when I need someone. I don't always need the same person.
 
when i'm down my boyfriend can always cheer me up.

i like the think what keeps me going is my passion for life and my desire to be more and learn more.
when i get upset i don't like to sit around and brood, i like to solve my problems and then get back in the swing of things.

what really can get my going though is acting, i can usually channel my feelings into my character and that really helps.
and of course, i do love music. i listen to really mellow music so it's great. = ]
 
Music. Not just listening to it, but actually going downstairs to play the piano. [haha] Once music calms me down, I turn to my friends.

ooooh boy i wish i could play piano!!

i watched this video on youtube and it made me want to learn how to play piano sooo badly.

you probably have to be born with such talent though.
or else learn it when you are like 4.
 
Most of what I watched so far is just chords - that's pretty easy once you learn which chords you're playing. The only thing that looks hard about it is the intervals in the left hand.
 
When I'm down my friends cheer me up.

When I'm really down..just time alone to reflect really helps.

Art.

Its driven me crazy, and its made me loose sleep, but after everyone else goes away, when no one is there to tell me what is right or wrong, I cna just close myself off and make something absolutely beautiful, something new, something no one has ever, will ever make again.

Running.

I'm not all that athletic, but I love running. My mind turns off, and for one minute, everything is okay. I cna't feel anything except my feet hitting the ground, pulling me forward. I don't have to think, I don't have to live. I just have to move.
 
Music for me only comes in the form of listening.
I have no patience to play or read music.

Reading helps me get out of it sometimes as well.
 
Bike riding. My mind just clears. Nothing matters, except the wind against my face. The speed of pedaling down a hill. I literally start signing when I ride my bike - I'm free.
 
Jogging also helps. It fits in with the whole time to reflect thing. I just focus on running. Nothing else exists except me, and my thoughts.

Can't really explain it.
 
Soccer cheers me up because whenever i play i feel like i accomplished so much :)

My friends always cheer me up also because they allways make me laugh
 
My boyfriend, Brandon. He's the one person who really tries to understand anything I'm going through.

And dancing. Ballet in particular. It helps me get my mind off of things.
 
What keeps me going? Only a few things.

When I think about my future. All the things I want to do that I haven't yet.

My family.

My cats.
