When Would Nov 2004 Discount Codes Be Announced?

Does anyone know when the discount codes for November 2004 may be available for the general public?

I see on Mousesavers.com that codes are listed for up to July 2004.

Thank you.
 
The only discount codes they had in November 2003 for the general public were for "packages" and were announced on 8/19/03. ~:D~
