When would I need to book for AKL in December 2008?

Thing is I would like to see if I really love it in October of this year before I book the next trip. I have heard though that December is the busiest month of the year. Does anyone know if all the holiday stuff both at the resort and at the parks and stuff only runs durng the holiday rates because I'd be staying in the value season. Thanks.

I believe they now put up the decorations prior to thanksgiving.

I do know that after thanksgving all the decorations are up at all the parks and resorts. Not sure how far after New Years day they stay up. I was told that The osborne Lights at MGM are up until at least Jan 4th.

iTo get an idea of the timeline you could go to the "dis home", click on Events, scroll down to "Holiday section" they should have the schedules of all the holiday activities for this year which may help you plan for next year.
