Has Disney released any information yet on whether this program will be continued in 2026? I have a trip coming up at the beginning of January and would like to renew.

There is a short hint at the end of the DVC Disney Files magazine that seems to indicate the MMB program will return in 2026. There are no details and no indication of what perks will be included, but it's the first mention of 2026 I've seen.

It should already be offered for those who want to buy OTUP’s. It is now almost 5 months into 2026 for booking at 7 months out when the points could be used.

You can buy them now for stays in 2026 as long as you haven’t bought them using your 2025 benefit.

Anyone who has used it already can’t buy the BOGO points, assuming that remains part of it, until January 1st since this benefit matches the calendar year which is how MMB is set up.

Yes exactly. If you already used them in 2025 you can’t buy any now for 2026. If the MMB ran concurrently with your use year I wouldn’t have a problem with this, but it doesn’t and that decision lies solely on DVC. Why have 2 different sets of rules for OTUPs. DVC has not changed the price for MMB or OTUP for 2025 as of today. So why not change the OTUP to run concurrently with you Use Year. Everyone already understands this.

I don’t see it as different rules because you still can buy OTU points for any UY within a trip 7 months or less from now.

Just like always,,,you simply only get one set of discounted BOGO free points per calendar year.

So, if one got the deal for the 2025 UY and wants to book now with some in the 2026 UY, you can…you just pay full price.

Your next set of discontinued points come when you purchase MMB for 2026.

I'd love to see the following in MMB+ for 2026

Keep the Buy One, Get One up to 24 OTUP
Allow MMB+ members to buy up to an additional 26 OTUP (after the 24) per year at $20/pp
Maintain Priority Lounge Access
Allow the ability to use points to purchase APs
A quarterly "gift" for MMB+ members who stop by a Lounge or the Gateway to Discovery Center - imagine a CC-style backpack, DVC Pin, etc.
Included Annual Photopass
A coupon book with meaningful discounts - 40% off Boat Rentals, Minigolf, Surrey Bike Rentals, etc.
3-5 One Time Use Dining "coupons" for 10% off at DVC Resorts Quick Service Locations
3-5 One Time Use Dining "coupons" for 20% off at DVC Resorts Table Service/Signature Locations
2 free alcoholic drinks coupons for DVC lounges
Priority Booking Window for DVC Member Cruises
Make the Product $229 if renewed by December 1, $249 afterwards

I think I could get behind that as long as the coupons are meaningful enough - your proposals would be. I worry, though, that they would instead go the way of AmEx/Chase and make the coupons things that you might not otherwise spend money on, but be enough to talk yourself into it. Think something like 10% off something we don't normally get money off - a Fantasmic dining package, a MK dessert party, VIP tour, etc.

Yes, but they already give those things away to everyone who is an eligible member.... don't need MMB+ for that...

I do think they are likely to adopt the Amex "coupon book" approach though... particularly with benefits doled out throughout the year...

My understanding is that the OTU points were capped at 24 because the minimum add on is 25 and it had something to do with that.

But, I’d pay more for it for extras. The biggest benefit for me is using my points for an AP and I want that to continue!!

I think any useful transfer of points to a cash Disney service would be helpful and curb potential rental activity. I could even see paying for a dining plan with points being of value to some members if added to the program.
